The project is to purchase a right for cyber surveillance and cyber security management valued at Bt176 million. The company highlights its strong cyber security services to serve all industries with an aim to achieve 20 per cent growth in 2022.

SECUREiNFO Co.,Ltd., a comprehensive cyber security solution provider, won the latest e-bidding project on behalf of “SSK Consortium” from the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) under a project to purchase a right for cyber surveillance and cyber security management worth at Bt176 million.

The company announces its plan to penetrate the Thai cyber security market with the delivery of robust cyber security services to serve all industries, aiming to achieve its revenue growth by 20 per cent this year.

Ms. Chotika Kamloonwesaruch, the Executive Vice President – Enhanced Technology Solutions Business Group of Samart Telcoms Pcl., said that the demands towards cyber security in Thailand tend to gain more popularity and will grow continually as a result from the government’s policy to promote the use of e-services; the enforcement of the Cyber Security Act and the Personal Data Protection Act; as well as the increasing of digital transformation implementation among private organizations.

She said these factors bring about opportunities to SECUREiNFO in providing cyber security services to the government and private sector including hospitals, banks and energy-related organizations.

Recently, the company, on behalf of SSK Consortium, has received a contract for the second consecutive year from ETDA to continue the project “Purchasing a Right for Cyber Surveillance and Cyber Security Management” valued at Bt176 million.

The project is to help 280 government agencies who joined in the project such as state hospitals, educational institutions, ministries and their departments to monitor cyber threats and make cyber security management on their internal IT systems, websites and online services to ensure their security and reliability.

As the project’s cyber security service provider, SECUREiNFO will examine the networks and IT systems and provide immediate response towards the cyber threats in case that the abnormal access or cyber invasion was occurred. The company has also a process to collect crucial data to help identify paths that cyber criminals may use to attack for further prevention.

Ms. Chotika said when speculating on the increasing demands to use cyber security services combined with SECUREiNFO’s outstanding portfolios, the company projects that its revenue this year will reach Bt350 million, growing approximately 20 per cent from the previous year.
Currently, the company holds Bt230 million of projects in the backlog and its major incomes come from large government agencies. SECUREiNFO delivers outstanding cyber security services to respond to customer’s requirements comprehensively. The company has Cyber Security Operation Center (CSOC) to provide 24×7 services at the same standard level as IBM along with a large-sized Security Operation Center (SOC) to serve a large number of customers from a single place. The company also provides IT security assessment service and offers trainings on standardized training platform.

As a subsidiary of Samart Telcoms which has a strong base of customers in the public sector and large private organizations, SECUREiNFO can pull and synergize all the strengths to provide appropriate digital solutions to meet real needs of customers.

“We customized our cyber security services to suit each individual industry including hospital, utilities, infrastructure and energy industry and this is our outstanding point to make us different from others in the market. So, we do believe that when all strengths are combined, we can make our goals accomplished as planned this year,” Ms. Chotika concluded.
