Portalnet Sets to Lead Digital Transformation Market Targets to Grow 20% in 2022

The company announced it won MWA’s Bt260-million Project to develop the authority’s organization management system. A plan is set to penetrate the digital transformation market targeting large enterprises.

Portalnet, a leading technology solution provider under Samart Telcoms Group specialized in ERP system implementation on SAP Platform, won the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA)’s project worth at Bt262.28 million on behalf PNAT to develop organization management system and upgrade the authority’s SAP system.

Ms. Sirilak Chuenprasert, the Managing Director of Portalnet Co., Ltd., said winning the MWA’s project and taking care of other on-going projects for large-sized public and private organizations reflect the company’s expertise in providing IT solutions and services to respond the needs of large enterprises in leveling up their operations digitally.

Currently, Portalnet provides the service to large utilities providers including the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), which has the largest SAP HANA database in ASEAN.

She said that this year, the company plans to penetrate the digital transformation market by delivering IT solutions to help organizations reconstruct themselves to become a complete digital organization.
“Business opportunities are lying ahead especially when the government announced the development of Government e-Service, making public organizations have to adjust and move towards the digital transformation,” she said.

Large-sized organizations which have complex working processes and massive customer databases require efficient solutions and services to help them achieve the goal.

“So, we plan to bring our solutions and services to penetrate large enterprises such as utilities companies, financial institutions, and government agencies that provide services to massive customers,” she added.

In 2022, Portalnet aims to achieve Bt1 billion revenue, growing by 20 per cent from the previous year. Currently, the company has Bt538 million backlog value and most of the income is generated from existing customers.

To respond to customers’ needs, Portalnet studies and makes a deep analysis on each individual’s business process to offer proper solutions that meet the real needs of the organization and resolve their pain points.

The company has partnered IBM and SAP to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to customers such as SAP S/4 HANA, the ERP system that can support cloud technology, IoT, real time analytic and anywhere anytime any devices with easier functionality. Analytic reports for executives can be generated while the auditing of accounting data will be done faster and conveniently.

In addition to the ERP system, the company also provides other organization management solutions including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

To guarantee the company’s operations and service, Portalnet was certified to be SAP’s Partner Center of Expertise. Its personnel also received Certificate PMP (Project Management Professional), making sure that the standard services for SAP project management will be delivered.
Moreover, the company was also awarded the CMMI Level 3 Version 2.0 certification, the standard that is the most widely accepted indicator of an organization’s ability to safely and efficiently create products and services.
