Posnet, a leading electronic payment solution provider under Samart Telcoms Group, achieved the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Version 4.0 Level 1 (the highest level) standard. The certification guarantees the company’s e-payment services come with the world-class standardized security controls.

SECUREiNFO Co., Ltd. and Cynius Cybertech and Consulting Co., Ltd., the consultant of Posnet’s PCI-DSS project also join the event.

Posnet has received PCI DSS certification for five consecutive years. The company achieved ISO 9001:2015, a global standard for quality management and CMMI Level 3, the world’s standard certification for software development.

The certification achievement demonstrates Posnet’s efforts in utilizing technology to develop services to suit customers’ needs. Data security is set as the top priority so customers can ensure that all e-payment transactions done through Posnet’s network will be secured while credit and debit card information will also be protected according to international standards.

PCI DSS is an information security standard established by five major card payment network service providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
