Portalnet in cooperation with IBM Thailand and Computer Union organized a seminar “The Future of Sustainable Utilities is here – Are you ready?” to reveal the global trends affecting corporate sustainability.
Assistant Professor Dr. Supaporn Kiattisin (left), the Head of Information Technology Management Division, the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University, gave a lecture on the topic while presenting the latest technologies to enhance the efficiency of sustainable utilities business such as IBM Envizi, a solution to help measure the level of sustainable organizational development; IBM Maximo, an enterprise asset management system; and IBM Turbonomic, an enterprise application resource management system. The lecture offers a guideline for utilities organizations when they come to make operational planning to create organizational sustainability in the future.
