Ms. Chotika Kamloonwesaruch, the Executive Vice President – ICT Solutions & Services LOB of Samart Telcoms Pcl, said the company is offering two new cyber security solutions; the Arctic Hub/EWS from ARCTIC Security; and Mobile Application Protection Solution from SecIron to help Thai enterprises broaden cyber surveillance securely.
According to the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA)’s report, during 2021 to 2022, the number of cyber threats in Thailand reached 516 incidents from mail phishing, hacked websites, data breaches, and through mobile applications. This indicates the significance of cyber protection that organizations in Thailand have to concern to lessen their business risks while creating confidence to business partners and customers.
A survey from Gartner also reveals that by 2025, 60 per cent of organizations will use cybersecurity risk as the primary determinant in conducting third-party transactions and business relationships. Therefore, having tools and solutions that help monitor and protect against cyber threats from every channel will build up confidence in business partners, customers and users when they come to use the organization’s services.

Mobile Application Protection Solution from SecIron is a cybersecurity solution that helps manage and protect mobile devices used in the organization from cyber threats efficiently. The system will diagnose and identify vulnerabilities and remediation in mobile applications by providing automatic risk assessment. It also helps prevent reverse engineering with no need to modify the code or add code on mobile applications. Digital identity verification feature is included to secure users’ identity.
