Portalnet Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Samart Telcoms, has secured a Bt3,127.12 million (including VAT) contract from the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) for the procurement, development, installation, and maintenance of the Utility Platform (UTP) system. This agreement significantly strengthens Samart Telcoms Group’s backlog, pushing it beyond Bt7 billion.
Ms. Sirilak Chuenprasert, Managing Director of Portalnet Co., Ltd., highlighted the company’s extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise management systems and large-scale utility infrastructure. She emphasized that Portalnet is well-equipped to execute the PEA’s UTP system project, leveraging its advanced, integrated digital technologies.
With a trusted partnership spanning over 20 years, Portalnet has consistently delivered essential solutions to PEA, including the region’s largest SAP HANA database. The company has also implemented critical systems supporting PEA’s operations, such as customer information management, electricity billing, payment collection, service management, electricity usage analysis, maintenance and repair, financial management, procurement, human resources, and asset management.
